Payment and Handling

Online: All transactions include a 0.95% payment and flate rate shipping fee of $9.95 Australia wide.

We charge a $8.95 payment for Gift boxes which are added at your discretion when purchasing goods.

 

 

 

 

Returns and Refunds

 

According to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

You may be entitled to a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

This is when the item:

• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed
• Most products listed on our website are fragile and handmade which adds to their uniqueness. All this information is listed on each product related to this.

There are strictly no returns or exchanges on seconds or sale products.Should your online order arrive damaged or be defective, House of Walton must be notified via email within 24 hours of taking delivery of the order. Email a full description with photos to hello@houseofwalton.com.au

If goods are returned damaged or faulty due to manufacturers defects, House of Walton,wherever possible will endeavor to repair or replace the goods to the customers satisfaction.

Should House of Walton not be able to repair or replace the goods, a full refund of the purchase price will be offered. You will be required to cover the cost of shipping to return the products to your nearest Post Office.Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card number.

 Please note refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed from the date of approval.

Warranty

Our website terms of warranty are ‘as is’ with no warranty offered under any circumstances on products listed on this website, unless stated clearly in the descriptions.

We are in no way responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused from using any products purchased on our website. We offer no warranty and hold no liability to you with regards to losses or damage incurred when purchasing services or products from third party websites after sourcing said services or products through our website.

 

Survival of Terms

Shipping:

We ship Australia wide from Sydney, Australia.  All orders will be processed and dispatched within 7-10 business days.  Once dispatched, all domestic orders will receive a tracking number.

Note- Shipping days may vary per location and time of the year.

House of Walton does not hold any responsibility for items once they have been posted. If you require your order by a specific date please don't hesitate to reach out to us at hello@houseofwalton.com.au and we will try to process delivery time up, however it cannot be guaranteed.

We offer a standard flare rate shipping of $9.95 for all orders Australia Wide

We only deliver to street addresses and NOT PO BOXES.

 

We are not responsible for the assembly or installation of any items. Once they are received, the purchaser is responsible for moving and unpacking the boxes and placing the items in the preferred positions and protecting any floor covering.

We do not remove the item(s) from the box or take away the packaging material and the boxes from your home.o

Orders are delivered to houses with level access or apartments with lift access only.
